Biography
Zachary Dawes, DO, practices physical medicine and rehabilitation at Ochsner Health. After earning his medical degree from William Carey University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, Dr. Dawes completed his Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Residency at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock where he was selected Chief Resident by his peers. During his residency, he served on various committees including the Resident Selection and Evaluation Committee, Curriculum and Education Committee, Wellness Committee, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. Dr. Dawes is an active member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, American Association of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine, American Spinal Injury Association, and Association of Academic Physiatrists.
