To schedule an appointment with one of our primary care physicians, call 337-261-8500 or schedule online through MyOchsner.
To make an appointment with our Orthopedics and Sports Medicine team, call 337-261-8510.

Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your appointment and bring your ID and insurance card. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. If your regular provider is unavailable, we’ll help you connect with another provider nearby.
