Very good bedside manner.

This place is definitely where I go if I'm having some kind of issue. They are very good at their jobs. As fast as possible. Clean, professional, I can't say enough about the place. It's totally cool. Cold in there tho lol!

I had a very good experience at Ochsner Westbank for my mammogram. The technician was wonderful and very attentive to my needs and explained everything that she needed and what was expected!

Staff in Cancer/infusion Center are great, patient, friendly and caring.The entire staff.

Ochsner Health Center 65+ is a "dream come true" for me. It's located close to my home. The staff makes me feel comfortable and relaxed in all circumstances, regardless of the reason I'm there. They are, always, professional, kind, and sincerely caring. If you're a senior, you need to go to Ochsner 65+ in Marrero. It's absolutely wonderful for your body, and your mind.

Had a total hip replacement on 12/4/24 thru the Outpatient Facility Westbank with Dr Ryan Charles. Every individual that I dealt with had a smile, were respectful and caring. So impressed with my experience. Would also highly recommend Dr. Charles for your hip surgery. My recovery has been amazing. Thank you to every individual at the Outpatient facility that helped me thru this scary time. I was nervous but your staff put me at ease.

Went to Ochsner WB the day before Thanksgiving 2024 due to I was having heart palpitations, the EKG Tech teacher NOT THE STUDENT was very rude.( she the EKG TECH did not greet me , nor directed me to the exam room just said over here. ( very rude ) The Student that was doing my EKG just kept her head down and proceeded to put the leads on my chest area. The EKG Tech teacher said to me just set back, breathe normal and relax, as if I was a child. 1. I was scared 2. I was so nervous and this EKG Tech teacher well did not make me feel any better, in fact I felt worst. I am sure when you especially go to a school or college for a professional job you know exactly what you signed up for, because The EKG TECH TEACHER DID NOT WANT TO BE WORK THAT DAY!. Once I was called to the Triage I said to myself thank God and I felt a little better. Once I was called to the back to be seen by a Doctor , nurse and staff I was very comfortable because I was treated very respectfully and a patient with concerns. Needless to say, I was feeling bad and didn’t have the energy nor the tolerance to say something to the EKG tech teacher that I felt treated me so rudely. I just wanted to know what was going on with me.

Doctors are great! I have been to this facility on several occasions, and I enjoy being a patient. I have the best gynecologist, Dr. Drewitz! Also the staff are very friendly. I would give this place a hundred stars because when it comes to care in my experience, they exceed all the time. I had both my kids at Ochsner Hospital, and the doctors truly cared. I have been to the emergency room a couple of times, and being sick is no joke. The doctors, nurses, and staff have been nothing but helpful. I can't thank them enough from taking care of my daughter when she was a preemie in the NICU at Ochsner Baptist. The nurses' doctors and everyone in the NICU went over and beyond to take care of my baby. I remember the care I received at Ochsner Westbank when I had my son. I had nurses come in around the clock to help me after my c-section. Like I said, the doctors are great, and may God continue to bless all the wonderful people that work here!!! They are angels for sure! 😊

Quick and efficient, courteous with a clean facility.

Grateful for Dr. Sean McDonough and Nina Breakstone. Best care I’ve had in years. I couldn’t be more pleased. It’s good to know that there are medical professionals as compassionate, considerate, respectful, intelligent and patient in today’s time.

The wound care team and Doctor, Phan, is awesome! They’ve made me feel comfortable with my treatment plan and explain things in detail!!

Ochsner urgent care last night was the best.the service and care was impeccable.

I have been in this healthcare provider for over 35 years. It is the best healthcare network and doctors are available . They treat all injuries with urgency and care. One of the best here in the state of Louisiana.

Ochsner ER provided the most thorough, kind and -as I am feeling a great deal recovered just 3 days after my visit- effective service I could have hoped for. Noteworthy, much better than the places I have had to choose in Houston, TX.

Registration was easy and quick. 'Celeste' (SP?) was genuinely nice, articulate, fast on the uptake, and professional. The woman that did my blood draw was a good stick. Thank you.

This Ochsner facility is always clean. The staff and security personnel are professional and courteous. I'm always in and out in a timely manner. Good service!

Their complete concern for the customer's welfare truly exemplifies the highest standards of medical traditions. These individuals went above and beyond to ensure not only myself but other customers in my purview were treated extremely comfortable and with great care. They are truly the highest example of excellence that Ochsner can employ. Additionally, the love and open-mindedness of the employees truly indicate that ochsner has truly set the standards for all medical facilities to follow. I would never want to go anyplace else.
