I had a great experience at the urgent care, all thanks to Ingrid and the rest of the team! From the moment I walked in, Ingrid made me feel welcomed with her warmth and professionalism. She was not only efficient but also genuinely kind. The officer at the front desk was equally awesome, providing great customer service and ensuring everything went smoothly. If you’re ever in the area, don’t forget to ask them for their recommendations on the best food in the city—she has some great suggestions that are definitely worth checking out! Highly recommend this place for both the excellent care and the top-notch service!

Unfort fell and busted up my lip on vacation and this team was able to sew me up while proving excellent care. Wait was about 90 min but much better than going to a hospital.

While visiting New Orleans my sciatic nerve became so inflamed that I could barely walk. I checked google and found this place and I’m so glad I did. The wait was less than 30 minutes. My triage started with Chloe who was super compassionate and very nice. Then came Terry Nguyen. She reviewed my previous notes from my home tests and doctors before she even came into the room. She took the time to explain my problem and gave me potential solutions. She spent about 30 minutes with me and I’ve not had a medical professional spend that kind of time with me in a very long time! I wish I lived here so she could treat me all the time!

I had such an excellent experience with this urgent care. Everyone was so friendly from the security guard, front desk receptionist, nurse and doctor. So glad I found a new urgent care!

I would highly recommend this place! The staff went over and beyond and were very knowledgeable. Parking was easy and I was seen almost immediately.

I was on vacation and had severe ear and jaw pain. We happened to pass this location walking down the street, and I decided I needed to see someone as long as I was there. I thought I would have to wait until I got home as it was July 4. They were so nice and fixed my ear up quickly, relieving my pain significantly. I would absolutely recommend this facility.

Fantastic and quick service. My friend was visiting from Europe and came down with a bacterial/viral throat infection. They only charged us $200 to run a strep test and prescribe medication for her infection. She was impressed how friendly everyone was. The time from arriving to departing was only an hour!!

As a traveler from out of town, I was so happy to have medical care available. Very happy with my visit.

I’m from out of town and here in New Orleans to start a cruise. I had a small issue that I thought might become much worse on the cruise. It is a walk in clinic, so there was a wait. It was not a long wait, though. I found the staff exceptionally pleasant and caring. The clinic was also transparent about my cost. Overall, A+

Great for regular urgent care. DO NOT GO HERE FOR OCCUPATIONAL! Info on both below: Regular urgent care: saw me quickly and gave me the exact treatment I needed and was very professional, kind, helped etc. Occupational: they didn't get my paperwork or just couldn't find it. Certainly it could be that they were never sent it. But it was very clear that the receptionist had little to no experience with occupational health and had no idea what to do. I got peppered with a lot of questions that were not helpful, abrasive, and intrusive, and I was blamed for not having the paperwork on me. If the mistake was in my/employer's end then they would have known exactly what was wrong and what to do, rather than holding me hostage while they tried to figure it out and blaming me.

the staff here is amazing! visiting this past weekend, i had a horrible allergic reaction to something, and my eye was almost completely swollen shut. my husband and i showed up at 3:30pm on a saturday afternoon and i was the only patient there. we were in and out with a steroid shot, a plan of OTC meds for the next few days, and was in 20-30 minutes. the doctor was amazing, as well as all of the nurses and front desk staff. if you are ever in New Orleans and run into an issue, this place is absolutely great.

Dr. Nguyen used incredible empathy and connecting the dots to figure out a serious medical problem I have been suffering from for my entire life. Wonderful MA, wonderful Doctor. So friendly and high quality, worth the wait. I wish this team were available in my home state. Thank you!

Dr. Rathor stitched up my chin after I split it open in a bike accident. When the stitches were removed, my doctor said once to me (then twice more under her breath), something along the lines of, "wow, she did a really good job." Sincerely, thanks for helping me with the hole in my face!

I was in New Orleans for a wedding and had a medical issue and fortunately this urgent care was open on a Saturday morning. Luckily the doctor on duty was amazing and Ingrid the PA physicians assistant was flawless also. I did not expect such a positive experience after smashing my toe and being in pain. Both the doctor and PA were very thorough and made sure they handled the situation with great care and expertise. I promised to write them a five star review because they deserve it!

Came in today with an issue and Dr. Emily Burke was amazing! I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I went to Concentra Urgent Care first and the wait was 3-4hrs. No thank you. So glad I found Ochshner.

my visit was awesome! Yes the wait time was a bite long but it was the day after Christmas and everyone was sick 😷 but once I got back the service was fast, the room was clean, the nurse practitioner was knowledgeable, nice, and easy to talk to and let me not forget the entire team who assisted. Thank you
