My visit today at the clinic was a good experience as I was treated courteously, and promptly despite the fact there was heavy traffic of patients . I had an X-ray done and appropriate treatment and was out in about 30 minutes Congrats to the staff for a job well done . I would recommend this Urgent Care to anyone

The facility was clean, front office receptionist was very kind. When going to the back it was a different story. The nurse who took my vitals was rude. Gave my chief complaints left swollen eye, left ear pain, left throat pain, congestion in left nostril. The NP walked in looked at my eye gave her diagnosis of a stye without really looking at my eye then proceeded to walk out. I had to stop her to have her check my other chief complaint. She looked im my ear and said yea you have fluid then walked out. She did not address my other issues. I then waited in my room for 20 minutes for further instructions. I thought the NP was going to come back in to finish addressing the other issues but she didnt. I approached the nurses station to find the nurse playing on her phone. I asked what was going on and she said we will be back in the room with your paperwork. I did not return to my room and waited by her station. She then proceeded to pull my paperwork off of her printer. I have been to this location a few times and have NEVER had this issue.
