Ochsner Urgent Care & Occupational Health - Luling

I came to this Urgent Care with my boyfriend who required emergency stitches and this staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful! The nurses who assisted him were incredibly kind, professional, and calming when we were very nervous and scared about the injury. Dr. Roy was amazing and got us in and out in a jiffy! Couldn’t recommend this Urgent Care in emergencies more.

Had to go to this Urgent Care today and Dr Hawkins and the staff there today were extremely kind and attentive. From the time I walked into the reception to the discharge papers, everyone listened to what my issues were and what I took to try and remedy the issues. I couldn’t have asked for more attentive care from a Dr and the staff that were on duty today. Keep doing what you’re doing.

Great experience here! Office was very clean.. the staff were all very lovely .. I didn’t wait long at all. It was so easy to schedule the appointment online. Almost seen immediately when I arrived. Dr. Kevin Ricks was very professional and kind. He made my son feel at ease and comfortable.. I will definitely return. :-)

The PA there, Amanda, was great and efficient. My complaint: the obnoxiously loud music in the exam room. It was coming from the speakers on the ceiling so it wasn’t a patient playing music. It was the urgent care. I literally do not feel like listening to the 101.9 radio station play the “celebrate good times” and “girls just wanna have fun” on full blast while I’m waiting over an hour to get my ear infection checked out. It’s just annoying lol.

Went so they could check out something......they did the minimal....did receive my copay....wait way too long.... will try new avenue before I go again.... couldn't see Dr.....so you're supposed to go to urgent care.....what could have turned septic....was treated like a diseased animal. Update.....a manager reached out and listened and advised me if what I could do better next time. Thanks!

The staff and doctor was nice, but I waited almost 3 hours to be seen and treated.

So i was told my wait would b 45mins. Was given the option to wait in the waiting room or wait in my vehicle and they would call me when they were ready for me. 45mins turned into 2hours. But i was free to walk around the shopping center while i waited witch mad it not so bad. When i finally made it to the back the nurse was very helpful and friendly. Poped in while waiting on the dr. To let me know they haven't forgotten about me witch i found thoughtful. So i was a lil upset about how long everything was taking but once Dr. Kevin came into the room wit a down to earth attitude and friendly vibe i soon disregarded my wait bc of how i was treated. Friendly staff very professional overall happy wit my visit

Quick, thorough treatment!

I went to this Urgent Care as a last minute resort. I was seen by a very professional staff but what took it and me over the threshold was Dr. Jordan Harry! He really took his time and ask me questions about my symptoms and how I was feeling. He didn't rush my visit. I've been to doctors that rush and or not concern, but that was not the case with Dr. Harry. He went above and beyond the realm of scoop with me and him having good bed side manners was also a plus. If you ever go to the facility Please ask for Dr. Harry. He's one in a million.

The staff was friendly and worked quickly. I spent less than 45 minutes from start to finish there and walked out confident that I was diagnosed properly. Thanks!
