Find Urgent Care Now allows patients to check in quickly and pay in advance before their arrival time. Ochsner Urgent Care locations operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Patients using Find Urgent Care Now do not skip the waiting line, nor will they be seen ahead of patients in the waiting room. Using Find Care Now will not impact other patients' wait times. It is important to note that Find Urgent Care Now slots do not qualify as appointments. If there is an increase of patients with emergency conditions, your projected treatment time may be delayed.
Skip the registration desk and waiting room with ePre-Check and Mobile Check-In. Here’s how to use contactless arrival:
- Complete ePre-Check prior to arrival: Begin MyOchsner Patient Registration Self-Service by completing ePre-Check via the MyOchsner portal or MyOchsner mobile app to verify your information ahead of your visit. ePre-Check must be fully completed to utilize Mobile Check-In.
- Drive and arrive: Upon arriving at an Ochsner facility, log in to the MyOchsner mobile app and select “I’m Here” once you are ready to check-in.
- Wait for our text: Once you have fully completed ePre-Check and confirmed arrival, you are checked in. Feel free to wait in your car or in the lobby. We will send you a text message once we are ready for your visit to begin with additional instructions.
