Dr. Kimsey Rodriguez is a pediatric otolaryngologist (ear, nose and throat doctor, ENT) at Ochsner Health. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana, and she earned her medical degree in 2000, from Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans. In 2005, she completed her residency in otolaryngology at Tulane University School of Medicine and her fellowship in pediatric otolaryngology at Boston Children's Hospital in 2006. Dr. Rodriguez is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and has been on staff at Ochsner since October 2007. She obtained a certification in complex pediatric otolaryngology in 2021, with an expertise in caring for infants and children with complex otolaryngologic disorders as well as common otolaryngologic problems in medically complex children. Her special medical interests are evaluating and treating pediatric patients with congenital (at birth) abnormalities of the head and neck, airway anomalies, tracheostomy dependence, chronic infection of the adenoids and tonsils, breathing disorders and masses of head and neck. In her spare time she enjoys urban chicken farming and having her heart broken yearly by Notre Dame football.
