My visit with Dr. Jakob was a very pleasant one. He is so easy to talk to. He explained everything to me regarding my situation and answered all of my questions. He made me feel comfortable and treated me as if he really cared.

I am not a good patient when it comes to things like this. I was anxious and upset. Dr. Jakob answered all my questions (sometimes multiple times) and made me feel like I would be ok regardless of the outcome.
