Dr. Truxillo earned his medical degree Louisiana State University School of Medicine New Orleans, LA and completed his residency in Anesthesia at University of Washington, Seattle, WA. He also did a fellowship in Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology at Emory University, Atlanta, GA. He is board certified in anesthesiology and has been on staff at Ochsner since 2010.
