Tina Davis, FNP-BC, practices sports medicine at Ochsner Health. She received both her Bachelor of Science in nursing and her Master of Science in family nurse practitioner studies from Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She completed clinical rotations in pediatrics, womens health, urgent care, and family medicine. Prior to joining the Ochsner Sports Medicine team, Tina worked as a nurse practitioner in an urgent care clinic where she provided care for patients and families with acute and chronic health needs. She also has over a four-year history of care in a level I trauma center as a registered nurse. Tina is board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She is an active member of the Louisiana Association of Nurse Practitioners and is a certified emergency nurse. Tina is dedicated to addressing the medical needs of her patients while understanding individual concerns and goals. Outside of medicine, she enjoys reading, traveling abroad and trying new foods.
