Biography

Dr. William Gabbard specializes in nephrology at Ochsner Health. Dr. Gabbard received his undergraduate and medical degrees from The University of Tennessee. He completed his internal medicine residency at The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and his nephrology fellowship at Louisiana State University, New Orleans. Dr. Gabbard also completed interventional nephrology training associated with Emory University. Dr. Gabbard's special interests include hypertension, mineral metabolism, and metabolic kidney stone management.
