Dr. Duncan Hanby practices otolaryngology at Ochsner Health in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He received his medical degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, Texas, in 2005. He went on to complete his otolaryngology (ear, nose and throat) internship and residency at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans. During that time, he also completed a head and neck cancer research rotation at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston. Dr. Hanby is board-certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology since 2011, has been on staff at Ochsner since June 2021, and has been practicing medicine since 2005. Prior to his time at Ochsner, Dr. Hanby practiced in Lafayette, Louisiana, and in Tyler, Texas. He provides both medical and surgical ear, nose and throat care for all ages. He has a special clinical interest in pediatric ENT issues, obstructive sleep apnea, sinusitis and nasal obstruction. Dr. Hanby and his wife, Dr. Jennifer Hanby, are the proud parents of two children.
