Our free seminars occur every third Tuesday each month in MOB Conference Room B from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

The ER is usually slow in handling patients, but the great Customer Service makes up for it. The ER physician sometimes seems overtaxed with workload (flu season!), but he does remember people and even the reason for their prior visit. Would recommend, if you're in the area and need Emergent Care!

This is my 1st time here, went straight to the back everyone was nice. Had to wait for a little while but it was worth the wait. This emergency room was a good option for me. I was in pain from a toothache, the doctor came in and explain to me what was going on plus she took her time with me no rush at all gave me what I needed to get rid of my toothache and now im on my way out the door.

Great care from ALL the staff in the ED, Med/Surg Tele, Cardiopulmonary. The Med/Surg Tele nurses, CNA's were very attentive to my mothers needs. Mom had to stay in the ED overnight, but ALL the nurses and physicians were all very caring and assured that she had everything she needed. They ensured her comfort throughout her stay. Unfortunately the physicians that cared for my mother do not accept Peoples Insurance. This is kind of sad because there is no continuation of care and have to go elsewhere to continue her treatment. Five Stars for all of the nursing staff!!

Its okay, as long as you only need clinic-level checkup and minor illness-type care. They are frustrating in that they avoid giving the strongest and most effective versions of treatment initially, odten requiring additional visits and inconvenience in order to truly get aid.

I had a wonderful experience with the hospital this past Spring. I had a major problem with my leg because of a rare disorder. The staff investigated and ran every test possible to narrow down the issue. Many people warned me about this hospital, but I personally had life changing stellar service. Dr. Bitar, Truxillo and Contrary worked togther as a team to take care of me. I am forever grateful for their thoughtful care!

I went in for an out patient angiogram and had to be admitted to the hospital. I found it clean(which is amazing lately) friendly and professional but personal. Also I have never eaten hospital food that good! I found that the staff was a little sparse ,but good.

Today I went in and had a neck mri and from the beginning of procedure st benard kept me safe by checking in to ending and my mri lady was the nicest sweetest person ever. I have high anxiety and she kept me calm for my mri.

I went to the ER last night with lots of pain and bleeding due to an incomplete miscarriage. It was a very short wait before being brought into a room. The nurses and doctor and imaging staff were so kind and encouraging, and joked around with me (which I greatly appreciate because I use humor to help myself feel better). They did all they could for me there, including helping me manage my pain and doing tests and ultrasounds. Eventually I had to be transferred to another location to receive treatment that wasn’t available there, but the transfer process was handled with care. I honestly hated to leave because I felt safe and well cared for. But the transfer was necessary and I got the exams and care that I needed before being released. Very thankful to the staff for how they handled my emotionally delicate state and for taking the time to explain things and answer all my questions. Going to the ER sucks but this was by far my best ER experience.
