Ochsner recently transitioned to a new statement vendor. If you have received an older statement, we apologize for the delay and appreciate your patience as we resume our paper statement process. Also, if you would like to move to paperless billing, learn about text and email statements/reminders below on this webpage.
Paperless billing
At Ochsner, we choose to offer paperless billing because it's more secure, timely, convenient and eco-friendly.
Don't forget to update your email to receive MyOchsner notifications about your bill.
To opt out of paperless billing:
- Log in to your MyOchsner account
- From your menu, go to the "billing summary" page
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen below the account boxes, to "if you would like to receive paper statements, you may cancel paperless billing"
- Click "cancel paperless billing" and confirm your selection

When you get emergency care or get treated by an out-of-network provider at an in-network hospital or ambulatory surgical center, you are protected from surprise billing or balance billing. Learn more about your rights and protections.
