The cash price for the COVID-19 test at Ochsner is $48.10. Please note the state of Louisiana has funding to cover the test for uninsured patients so we anticipate the cost to be covered by the state of Louisiana. If you are insured, your cost for testing and any other services performed at testing visits will be based on your individual insurance provider.
Patients may receive a delayed bill for service due to validation with payors on patient balance related to COVID testing and/or treatment.
