I see 5 specialist at Ochsner both in Slidell and New Orleans on Main Campus. I had an accident. I have received the best treatment ever. All doctors have treated me fantastic and I couldn't have wished for anything better. I highly recommend Ochsner to everyone. Without these guys I don't know where I'd be today!!! Thanks so much to everyone!

Staff was very friendly. Very disappointed with wait time. Our appt was for 2 and she wasn't called back until 3:30. No one should have to wait an hour and a half.

Taken by ambulance to Ochsner (my hospital choice) & not only did the EMTs commend my choice (they seem to say it’s their favorite), but from moment one, the team there from admit to discharge, literally every single department & the amazing nurse practitioner who called me once I arrived home, I cannot say enough good things about my experience! Thank you!! Compassion, professionalism, team enthusiasm, and timeliness of the process-perfect!

My visit went wonderfully today! The staff are always pleasant and helpful. Today I waited less than 5 minutes in the waiting room. I had lab work and a mammogram done. Took less than 30 minutes! Great!

The office visit was timely, and the nurse practitioner I saw was very knowledgeable and compassionate. When I called back later for information the operator / appointment administrator was also very knowledgeable and helpful.

The service with a smile was great. However, the miscommunication and time wasted left a damper on my experience. I also didn’t appreciate the way my symptoms were downplayed. For example, How would you know that have mild pain if you never asked me? I’m resulted to figuring my issues on my own at this time. A patient’s perspective

Went to ER when they were very busy. But still was cared for very quickly. Every Oschner employee I encountered was very caring and pleasant. My nurse was very attentive and checked on me often. The ER doctor had a very good bedside manner, explained my diagnosis that I could understand and answered my questions patiently.
