I had my first child at a different hospital with a different doctor. I had a terrible experience and chose to try Dr. Prestia this time, and it was the best decision I made. Everything from the start of my pregnancy to the end was much smoother. Her staff took many more precautions with me my entire pregnancy. She explained everything in such detail making sure I understood everything. I had a very successful v-back (which other doctors are too scared to do). I am SO HAPPY that my labor went SO smooth and my baby is healthy. The whole nursing staff at Lake Area were so great. Our stay was pleasant. Thank you Dr. Prestia, your office staff, and Lake Area Hospital OB labor & delivery staff!!

Staff is so friendly and NP. Anne Griepsma is so kind and beyond informative when it comes to your body and all the heath factors that go along with it. I’m just all around shocked with how great I felt after I left. Living with PCOS doesn’t have to be something you just accept and move on.. I learned that today after sitting with her and listening to all the options and ideas she had to help me. I will never go anywhere else and I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for someone you can truly trust and know you are being cared for.

NP Anne Griepsma made me feel very comfortable and was so easy to talk to. She was very informative and helpful, I would recommend her to anyone!

Dr. Prestia has been my doctor since 2005. She is absolutely amazing! She has delivered 3 of my children . She is down to earth and makes you feel very comfortable during procedures. I now live in South Carolina and still go back every year to have my check ups cause I know I will not find a doctor like her. ❤

I’ve been seeing Dr Prestia for almost 10 years, she is incredibly thorough and down to earth. She was persistent in helping me not just treat but resolve so many female medical issues. Her staff was so caring, they have cried with me, called just to check on me, been completely understanding when I had insane worried questions etc. Dr Prestia has treated me through my endometriosis, several cysts, miscarriages, my complicated pregnancy of twins and 4 surgeries now. I would never have anyone else but her as my OBGYN. Excellent care, always.

I love Dr. Prestia! She has always been there to answer any questions I have. I am pregnant with baby #2 and she has been my OBGYN with both. There is no other doctor I would see. She personally handled insurance issues and is always just a phone call away. I've never had the privilege of having such a down to earth doctor as she is! I HIGHLY recommend her!

I've had an appointment set since December for February and they called to reschedule my appointment 2 weeks before it. The receptionist said the earliest next available appointment was in April. I have been literally bleeding every day and having uterine pain for months, as well as extreme fatigue and syncope. I was even admitted to the ER in December because of this. I am extremely disappointed and even scared because now I have to try to find another provider, but OB/GYNs are extremely hard to book appointments with as their patient load is high. Just feeling very upset right now.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Prestia for a couple of years now and I believe she’s one of the best in the area — if not THE best. Dr. Prestia has always been very friendly, knowledgeable to what my needs were and very compassionate. Every single time I’ve left her office I’ve left feeling extreme attention was given to me. Also, anytime I’ve needed an appointment I’ve found it very easy to make. I can not imagine going to another doctor. If you’re looking for a doctor I HIGHLY HIGHLY reccomend Dr. Prestia!

Dr Alice Prestia ,is the best OB/GYN dr for me.She knows what she’s doing! I was really amazed during my labor.From all the nurses until delivery everything was smooth.They are really on hand if you need them! If you’re lookinh for an expert you should go with her. The hospital is the best too!
