A very caring, and genuine person. Took the time to address my health concerns, and answered all of my questions.

Take as much time with the patient as they need. I take my mom to see him and she absolutely loves him. He makes your experience a good one and doesn't rush you when he sees you.

Dr Perez is compassionate, caring, and collaborative in his work with patients. He listens carefully and explains everything about his preferred interventions and, if required, any medications. Every time I have an appointment, I leave believing that I have a real partner in health care. He is a lifesaver. Thank you, Dr Perez and everyone on your healthcare team.

In a world of stuck up, arrogant doctors who are willing to dismiss you and your symptoms at the drop of a pin, Dr. Perez is an empathetic, understanding, compassionate healthcare provider. I have felt looked after and respected after every visit, a shockingly rare occurrence in the American medical system.

Dr.Perez is very easy going. He has a great attitude and always listens to my concerns. He tries to address them as quickly as possible. He is very concerned about my health and tries to make things as easy as possible. He is a great physician!

Dr. Perez is THE most compassionate, down to earth doctor I have ever met. He always takes the time to visit during his appointments and never makes you feel like a number or just a cow on a cattle drive. Yes, his wait times can be long sometimes but it’s worth the wait because he actually takes the time to focus on every single patient and really HEAR their concerns. His nurse always follows up if there was any lab work, etc. ordered. I always recommend Dr. P to everyone that I know and so far I have only heard great things from my referrals!

Dr. Perez is an extremely charismatic and attentive person. He never makes me feel like he's rushing me out or that he has more important things to do. When I meet with him, I feel like I am his only patient and he listens carefully to what I say. My latest visit to him, I thought I had a torn rotator cuff in my shoulder and I was scared. After a few tests, he took my anxiety away and determined that it was just tendon inflammation from overuse (bursitis). Just rest and OTC pain relievers. I was relieved that I didn't have to have surgery. Feeling better!

In my opinion, anyone who has a complaint about Dr. Perez and his staff is just looking for reasons to complain. Dr. Perez is an amazing, down-to-earth, compassionate, and talented doctor. He listens to your concerns and addresses each one. I don't have medical insurance, so Dr. Perez makes it a point to keep that in mind when recommending testing and medications. His nurse ALWAYS calls me back the same day, which is practically unheard of with other doctor's offices. My perspective and opinion comes not only from being a patient, but also from nearly a decade of experience working in a doctor's office. People really need to try to understand the other side of things before rushing to make outlandish accusations about Dr. Perez and his team. I am so glad that I am one of his patients, and I recommend him to anyone who mentions needing an Internist or PCP.
