Meredith Hayles, FNP, is a family nurse practitioner at Ochsner Health. Specializing in primary care for the family ages 2 to 99 years old, Mrs. Hayles offers comprehensive care for various medical needs, including diabetes, hypertension and healthy lifestyle management.Meredith earned her master's degree from Alcorn State University in 2009, and she obtained her National Certification from American Academy of Nursing Credentials in 2009. She actively participates in the American Nurses Credentialing Center, the Mississippi Academy of Family Practitioners and the Mississippi Nurses Association to stay updated on medical advancements. Meredith's patient-centered approach emphasizes compassionate care and personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patients. She is dedicated to addressing patient's medical/emotional/spiritual needs while understanding individual concerns and goals. Outside of medicine, she enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with family.
