We could not be more excited to announce that our Eat Fit King Cake is now on store shelves!

Molly Kimball, registered dietitian and founder of Ochsner Eat Fit has worked closely with John Caluda of Caluda’s Cottage Catering to develop this Eat Fit King Cake that’s also Gluten Free, Grain Free, Low Carb and Keto-approved.

Centered on an all-natural clean ingredient label, the Eat Fit King Cake is made with almond flour, coconut flour, and Greek yogurt. It’s sweetened with Swerve, a natural, plant-based sweetener based here in New Orleans, with no artificial sweeteners or food dyes.

But here’s the thing: If you didn’t know it was so nutritious, you would have no idea - the feedback from our tasting panels has been overwhelmingly positive. Because we used almond and coconut flour, the appearance and texture is like a regular white king cake – not grainy, like a whole wheat version. And thanks to the Greek yogurt, it’s also incredibly moist, almost like pound cake meets king cake.
