This year’s application process will require a 2-part procedure:

First step: Apply through the Ochsner careers link: Apply now 

Second step: Submit all required documentation in one PDF to AdminFellow@ochsner.org

Required documents include:

• Upload professional cover letter – 1 page, single spacing
• Upload current resume/CV
• Upload 3 letters of recommendation (required) (mix of academic and professional)
• Unofficial transcript – official transcripts would be requested upon hiring.*Resume/CV, Letters of Recommendation and Unofficial Transcript should be attached in one document. The cover letter may be included in the document, or attached to the application separately.
  
  

• In your Cover letter, please address the following questions:
  1. Is your graduation date before June, 2025?
  *To start the fellowship/Master’s degree is required, unless student’s program requires a fellowship to graduate
  2. Does your master’s program require a fellowship to graduate? If so, when do you complete the didactic portion of your program?
  

All applicants must complete both steps to be considered for the fellowship.
