Gabriel Baltazar, MD

Dr. Baltazar received his medical degree from Tulane School of Medicine in New Orleans, LA in 2015 and completed his internship and residency at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York, NY. He completed his fellowship in regional anesthesiology and acute pain management at Hospital for Special Surgery (New York, NY). Dr. Baltazar has been on staff at Ochsner since August 2020.
