Biography
Dr. Wever Pinzon received his medical degree from the Universidad de Panama in Panama City and completed his internship and residency at John H. Stroger Hospital of Cook County in Chicago. He completed his fellowship in Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant and the Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Research at the University of Utah. Dr. James Wever Pinzon is board certified by the National Board of Echocardiography and the American Board of Internal Medicine. He has been on staff at Ochsner since June 2020.
