A Louisiana native, Kai received her undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge and continued her education at LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans, where she graduated from the physician assistant program in 2019.

Kai is board certified and has been on staff at Ochsner since 2019. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and dog, going on walks, traveling, and discovering new restaurants around the city.
