Dr. Wasserman and all the pediatricians I’ve had here are excellent. They all listen to me and genuinely care for my children. I feel like I’m in good hands. The nurses are really great too.

Dr. Wasserman addresses all questions and concerns, is very reassuring, and gives clear and concise direction when it comes to at-home care regiments. Really thorough and explains things clearly. Very, very pleased with the care we are receiving.

Doctor is knowledgable. Unfortunately he pushes the issue with covid testing. As well as telling me my son needs no medicine yet his symptoms escalated right after the visit. I agree with his natural remedies such as taking honey. Overall the feeling while in the office with him is uneasy and he also happens to be the only doctor who always requires my son to get dressed in a surgical gown and also the only one who checks the private area of my children which i am skeptical about. Overall id say he is a great doctor but his people skills could use work.

Our experience with Dr. Wasserman was incredible. He listened to all of my concerns and addressed each one of them. His bedside manner is wonderful.

Dr. Wasserman is always very sensible and knowledgeable. He always takes the extra time to answer my questions. He is always willing to teach and explain everything on my teenager’s care. He makes sure that my teenager understands as well. Very grateful to him.

Dr. Wasserman is one of the best doctors at Ochsner! He is very caring, and at the end of every visit, he gives us all tennis balls!(don't know why but it makes me feel very happy) He also, if the situation causes pain, gives us Tylenol! 10/10!!

Dr. Wasserman has been seeing my children since my oldest was discharged from the N.I.C.U. in 2012. He always addresses all of my concerns no matter how minuscule. He has always recommended resources upon request and advocates on behalf of my children for additional services, as needed. He is the only doctor that my children feel 100% comfortable with, and that alone is worth the now 40 minute drive we make from the Northshore to see him. He listens carefully to my evaluations of my children’s symptoms, the duration of symptoms, and considers the level of discomfort they are causing before making any treatment decisions. He treats me and each of my children with respect. Not only do I feel heard, but so do my kids. He is a fabulous doctor and our family will be devastated the day he decides to retire…. Which hopefully won’t be for many years.

We absolutely love Dr. Wasserman! He was my sister and my pediatrician growing up and now he sees my twin girls. He has always been very professional, helpful, and very caring. We highly recommend Michael Wasserman!
