With Ochsner 65 Plus, you will work with and receive care from a complete team to help you achieve your health goals. Ochsner 65 Plus offers physician visits that are longer than traditional visits, with each one lasting between 40 to 60 minutes. This extra time allows your providers to really get to know you and your needs.
You will have access to a variety of healthcare professionals including a social worker*, dietitian*, health coach*, fitness instructor* and more. Your personalized Ochsner 65 Plus care team is dedicated to your health and will work seamlessly with you and your physician to help you achieve your health goals. Whether it's playing tag with your grandkids, reaching a new fitness milestone or reducing the risk of falls, we meet you wherever you are in your health journey.
