Application Information
Applicants are to submit their application through the San Francisco Match (SFMatch) central application system. Application opens 21 months prior to commencement of fellowship training.
Eligibility Requirements
- Eligibility involves completion of training in an ACGME accredited Neurology, Neurosurgery, Internal medicine, Emergency medicine, or Anesthesiology program.
- Medical Critical Care fellows and Neurosurgery residents that wish to sub specialize in neurocritical care can also be added to the one year fellowship track.
- Applicants should provide:
- Personal statement
- CV
- Transcripts
- At least 3 letters of recommendation from physicians who have supervised you in a clinical setting, one should be from your current program director.
- USMLE transcripts
- Medical school diploma
