Hope currently heads up Eat Fit Monroe, a non-profit Ochsner Health initiative that partners with restaurants to make healthier menu options available. Since becoming a dietitian, Hope has been recognized as a Top 20 Under 40 business professional and was awarded the Women Symposium’s 2017 Rising Young Professional Award. In addition to photography, Hope enjoys hosting dinner parties, baking sourdough bread and teaching the world how to love beets.
